Homeless Prevention
The emphasis of our community revitalization and rehabilitation programs is to provide high quality housing at an affordable cost, or no cost at all.
We currently provide single-family rental properties for both Section-8 and low to moderate income tenants.

We also provide financial literacy training which includes budgeting, personal financial management, investing and saving techniques, and wise use of credit.

Youth Services
We strive to provide a safe environment for our youth. In partnership with Godly Youth Ministry, we are preparing the next generation of leaders. Students are given the opportunity to develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentoring partnerships that encourage character building/teamwork, environmental participation, and building confidence. Also, through the homeless prevention services, our youth will be given an opportunity to gain experience in diverse trade skills as the various homes will be rehabbed by the youth.

Senior Services
We provide Sunday meals that are prepared and delivered each Sunday to seniors.
In addition, lawn care, snow removal, and minor home repairs are provided for senior residents.
All senior services are provided at no charge to seniors and people with limited mobility who are in the program.
